Comprises left and right angle brackets and a small box showing at the top of the Control Panel. From left to right, the symbols access the First, Next, Current entry, Prior, Last, entry in the current list. For those with editing privilege, the centre Current entry symbol (a white box) is a toggle which provides for View or Edit of the entry.

Search
|
|
Allows for searching All, Contacts, Products or Transactions, for content in a specified Element, e.g. Title, Overview or Body seeking "Any word", "All words", "Exact Phrase" or "Not containing" user specified text. Search returns list of found entries giving found entry titles as links and showing overview and 'You are here" links. More....

Help
|
|
Allows operator to email the contact responsible for maintenance of the section of the website, i.e. SectionMaster or Sitemaster. The operator may record a message for including in the email together with URL title/link to the entry at which Help was used providing context.

Logout

|
Closes the current session and then accesses Login
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Login
|
|
Offers login screen for browser to specify username and password to gain privileged access to content. The same username and password may be specified for more than one Access21 site. Screen Design for the Home Section provides the graphics and attributes for the Login screen. Overview text of the function "Entrance" provides Green text showing at the top of the login screen. Login may be specified anywhere using the URL: http://[domain name]/login Control Panel includes:

Bookmark
|
|
A pop up window provides links for conveniently bookmarking the selected entry either as a http or embedded HTML link.

Remember / Return
|
Remember allows the operator to note the current entry for subsequent Return. When Remember is used:
- Remember ON and
- Return
appear at the base of the Control Panel. Click Remember ON to turn it off

|
|
|
Send Email
|
|
Allows the operator to compose an email or select an email template (see below) for sending to a nominated email address (default: the email address recorded in the current contact entry). More...

Print View
|
|
Shows on the Control Panel of entries. The function formats the content of the screen excluding screen header images and tabs and screen Control Panel and footer in readiness for printing. More below regarding setting print page dimensions, for display of Letterhead and Footer images, etc.

Mouseover pop up
|
|
When the browser's cursor pauses over a linked element showing on the screen, a little pop-up appears expressing Editor specified Mouseover Text. Tabs, Control Panel Items, the Title of entries showing in a list, Action links appearing on the RHS of listed titles can all have Mouseover Text specified.

'You are here' Links
|
|
'You are here' links at the top of displayed pages express the titles of each level of tabs and content list entries used to get to the current screen. Each title is a link giving the operator direct access to any prior levels.
