Specific Applications (70)

In addition to providing comprehensive Content Management, a number of applications are available for Process Management, Contact Management, Membership Subscriptions, Shopping Cart purchases, Accommodation Bookings, Customer Accounting, Discussion Forums, Calendar, Letter production and Risk Management. All of these applications consistently apply the basic facilities of Access21.

Accounting Module Optional (89)

An optional module, which may be used for Customer or Supplier Accounting. Normally included with Purchases, Subscriptions and Booking modules, but may be used separately, for Automatic and Manual Transactions, Account Statement, Aged Accounts Receivable, Transaction Analysis.

Bookings Module Optional (46)

Online acceptance and pricing of room Bookings and reporting of Room Occupancy.

Calendar Module Optional (4)

An optional module which may be applied in specific applications. Used by Bookings and Risk Management. Calendar function displays a screen grid expressing days of the month providing for navigation between Months and Years using a small popup calendar showing days by month, months and years. Application specific content is summarised and expressed within the displayed grid as links. The screen provides a Control Panel item for creation of a new application specific entry within a Dated Archive.

Contact Management (27)

For recording details of contacts, for assigning privileges to them, for recording emails sent and for Customer Accounting.

Accounting Module Optional (89)

Discussion Forum Module Optional (2)

An optional module which provides for online discussion. Access privileges provide for say, Group A to create a new Forum and then for say, Group B to Post Response. But others, say Group C, to be able to read the Forum entry and its responses.

Letter Production Module Optional (7)

An optional module which may be added to an Access21 site to enable production of Letters for printing.

Output functions (28)

Access21 provides for sending emails to Contacts and other email addressees, to Customers for Shopping Cart and Booking captured Transactions, for production of Letters (Optional module), and for printing site content. Email and Letter functions provide for selection of pull down identified template entries. A Transaction function provides template details for emailing invoice transactions. A comprehensive range of Tags are available for quoting within the text of Templates for expansion on output.

Process Management (2)

Two different strategies are available for online workflow control.

Purchases, Shopping Cart, CyberTrader Module Optional (33)

An optional module for establishing Products for online purchase, placing customer orders, managing accounts and deliveries.

Risk Management Module Optional (12)

An optional module for
- Recording Incidents and their associated Contacts (Victim, Witness, etc.),
- Sending Email Notifications to stakeholders and
- Reporting Incident Statistics.

Secure Credit Card Processing, CyberMoney Optional (9)

An optional module for securely accepting credit card details for receipting to customer account.

Subscriptions Module Optional (2)

Optional facilities for equipping an Access21 site to manage member subscriptions.
