Optional Modules (226)    
Capabilities which may be optionally added to client Access21 sites for specific applications. The unique capabilities of each optional module are separately described here.
Calendar Module Optional (4)   
An optional module which may be applied in specific applications. Used by Bookings and Risk Management. Calendar function displays a screen grid expressing days of the month providing for navigation between Months and Years using a small popup calendar showing days by month, months and years. Application specific content is summarised and expressed within the displayed grid as links. The screen provides a Control Panel item for creation of a new application specific entry within a Dated Archive.
Risk Management Module Optional (12)   
An optional module for
- Recording Incidents and their associated Contacts (Victim, Witness, etc.),
- Sending Email Notifications to stakeholders and
- Reporting Incident Statistics.
Letter Production Module Optional (7)   
An optional module which may be added to an Access21 site to enable production of Letters for printing.
Discussion Forum Module Optional (2)   
An optional module which provides for online discussion. Access privileges provide for say, Group A to create a new Forum and then for say, Group B to Post Response. But others, say Group C, to be able to read the Forum entry and its responses.
Accounting Module Optional (89)   
An optional module, which may be used for Customer or Supplier Accounting. Normally included with Purchases, Subscriptions and Booking modules, but may be used separately, for Automatic and Manual Transactions, Account Statement, Aged Accounts Receivable, Transaction Analysis.
Online Transaction Modules Optional (96)   
A number of optional modules for transacting online: for shopping cart Purchases, Bookings and Reservations and Member Subscriptions. In essence, these modules provide for listing items available for ordering, online ordering, recording online orders, confirming orders via email and managing payment for supply of the ordered item(s). Orders, Bookings and Subscriptions are recorded in application specific databases (not within the standard Access21 database).
Secure Credit Card Processing, CyberMoney Optional (9)   
An optional module for securely accepting credit card details for receipting to customer account.
