Site Structure
Frontispiece pages using flash and complex graphical constructs can transparently link to Access21 content and functions.
Access21 can deliver all or part of the content of a site, referenced by a domain or subdomain name.
Implementation
Access21 is available as a service for operation by an Internet Service Provider or a Commercial web-based Hosting Service.
Access21 software may be licensed for installation on an organisation's inhouse server for operation behind a secure firewall
Screen Presentation
Can be flexibly presented according to the Designer's online specifications using a number of elements; Logo, Banner, Advertisement, Tabs, Colorisation, etc.
Access21 can be used to manage HTML content adding convenience for maintenance and adding value for security and logging.
Content
Hierarchically structured to infinite depth for Pages, Contacts, Products, Tutorials, Files, Links and Transactions for both text and images and supported by Sections, Tabs, Groups, Notes and Pull Down Lists.
Existing information, recorded in tab separated text files, can be readily uploaded and imported to form initial content.
Infinite hierachical structuring of both content and security for access privilege to naturally suit any organisation.
Functionality
Both Content and functionality can be readily restructured as content depth, breadth and organisation scope expands.
Elements
User-definable data elements can extend defined data sets for any type of entry.
Security
Username and Password provide access to secured content. Access privilege may be dynamically set on any content component; a section, tab, pull down item, element, function. Group assignments can be granted according to operator's group within an hierarchical structure.
Search
Very powerful, fast and accurate, for locating content according to one or more sets of specified criteria and filtering to list only those entries for which the operator has read privilege. Search provides for strict and fuzzy searches including asterisk (*) for wildcarding in any position.
Ordering, Shopping
Products can be established in a hierarchical catalogue for ordering. Orders can be accepted for digital delivery.
Credit Cards
Invoice transactions raised can be paid by secure acceptance and processing of credit cards or other user definable methods.
Accounts
Financial Transactions (invoices, credit notes, receipts and refunds) are listed in the form of a Ledger account for the Contact and the Administrator. Transactions may be both automatically and manually recorded.
Registration
New Contacts can be registered for public or private access.
Membership
Browsers can subscribe to term-delimited subscriptions. Subscription can provide access to member only content. Renewal and Expiry of subscriptions can be automatically managed.
Calendar
Expressing days of selected month of year can feature, Seasons, Events, Bookings, Diary entries, Actions, Documents and Tasks.
Process
Tasks of a process can be recorded for actioning assignees and enabling nominated Stakeholders to be kept informed on progress.
Process is also valuable for maintaining alternative hierarchical access to content.
Contact Mail
Letters may be prepared for printing and post. Emails may be prepared and transmitted.
