A wide range of capabilities is available to the Sitemaster or the Site Designer. Check here for a listing of some of the features available for adoption by the application designer. Enquire with Access21 for other capabilities of interest to you: more than likely a solution is already available. A basic site is established by the ASP operator which Sitemaster and/or SectionMasters vary as their content evolves. Access21 flexibility particularly encourages such adaption and evolution.
Editing (281)
Guides for the Content editor. The one site may have any number of editors working online concurrently. Editing capabilities are not normally provided for public browsers: the Sitemaster tends to keep some aspects secure.
Security (35)
The content of a site can be significantly varied for different users. Some users of a site are granted access to all content, some only to a segment of the site's content. Some have a wide range of functions available, some only a limited subset. Access21 is particularly flexible in controlling security by granting different users access to various facilities. Tabs available to some may simply not be visible to others. Control Panel items may be available to some but not to others. The whole of the content of the site may be made private or public giving privileged access to some people to just some parts of it. Typically, the content under the Admin tab is available only to the Sitemaster.
Optional Modules (226)
Capabilities which may be optionally added to client Access21 sites for specific applications. The unique capabilities of each optional module are separately described here.
