Yes. Simple. Select what you want from the source document and copy. Then in your browser, logged into the site, create a new entry where you want it to appear and paste. Alternatively, you can drag'n drop. Using two windows in your browser, you can copy/paste or drag'n drop between sites (a good way to transfer an existing site to your new Access21 site).

Do I need to have a Secure Certificate?

No, Access21 uses it's own Verisign supplied Secure Server certification for transmission of Credit Card details. All other information is provided by Access21 controlling user Access to content according to Sitemaster specifications.
