From time to time, Access21 Support conducts reviews of client sites, prompting the Sitemaster where appropriate to "fill in the gaps" or to make more effective use of certain Access21 features in presenting content, use of mouseover text, custom URLs and such like. Reviews are normally delivered in a succession of emails followed up by chat support. This method allows the Sitemaster to learn how to apply Access21 features at his/her own pace.
